Re: Bed and Breakfast insurance policy

When we opened, we were insured through James Wolf, a renowned B&B insurer..for in excess of $2000 per year.  One year after opening, we were approached by an independent local agent for Fremont Insurance.  Better coverage for less than half the cost.  Fremont is a national insurer, and most independent agents will be familiar!
