In short, for the last 1.5 years, my wife and I have been the full-time, live in general managers of a nine room, beachfront inn in Mexico. Here we have been responsible for the total operation and upkeep (administration, guest relations, employee management, property management, etc.) of a $3 million property owned by an American living in the USA. While we have immensely enjoyed our time in Mexico, our commitment here is almost up (unfortunately we have already found our replacements, sorry!).
