Prefer to stay in the Rocky Mountain area of Colorado. Thomas and Peggy come from a construction background; both are experienced in all facets of property management. We value honesty, are reliable, hardworking, dedicated, and enthusiastic people. We love the great outdoors, enjoy helping others and have excellent customer service skills. Thomas is a jack of all trades, has over 25 years in home building/construction and property maintenance to include boilers, plumbing, small engine mechanics, groundskeeping, and electrical work. I (Peggy) am a wonderful cook/baker; I enjoy sharing my love of creating a happy, comfortable ambience for those around me. I (Peggy) have over 20 years experience in Office/property management and construction with bookkeeping, payroll, and project management skills.
