Seasoned, Bright, Friendly Professional Seeking Small Inn/Retreat to Manage

    Hello,

My greatest desire is to manage a small B&B in a lovely area, and to awaken each day with passion, drive, and willingness to put my heart and soul into the job of creating and maintaining an outstanding guest experience.

I am a woman in my 40's with over 20 years of corporate management experience and excellent professional and personal references. My background includes working in Training & Development for Sunstone Hotels, LLC as well as having held the position of Membership & Social Director for Aberdeen Golf & Country Club in South Florida.

I have my Bachelors degree in Communications with a Minor in Public Relations, and I am no stranger to hard work. I am not afraid of housekeeping duties, light maintenance, gardening, light cooking, or any other task you may need done. While I am a seasoned and organized manager, the thing I like best about my career is making a difference in someone's day. I have had many opportunities as an employee training & development specialist to do so, but now I want to transfer those skills to the calling of my heart: managing a small B&B, meeting people from all walks of life, and taking good care of the inn and its guests.

As far as compensation, I am willing to work for room/board for the first few months if necessary (and if I have help), but I would ultimately like to negotiate a salary plus room.

If you are looking for a seasoned, polished professional person with extensive life experience and management skills to run your special place, please feel free to contact me. My location is flexible. I do not smoke or drink, and I am a first-rate housekeeper (in fact, I like to clean) and administrative professional.

I would consider working at a larger Inn, if the right opportunity is presented. Resume provided upon request. I have already attached a list of professional references to this posting. Please note that I have a medium-sized dog named Gizmo who is my best friend and associate. I am seeking an inn where Gizmo will also be welcome. Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Kind regards,

    KD

    Hi KD.

I have a party interested in buying a B&B in Georgetown, SC, but the buyer lives overseas and needs someone to manage the property.  The current owners are moving out of town for a new job.  I would like to forward your post to the prospective buyer so he may contact you if he wishes.

My name is Frank Smith and I work with an auction company.  Here is the link to our website for this auction so you may verify: http://www.tranzon.com/Propertydetail.aspx?id=7116 .  If you don't trust links just go to www.tranzon.com and click on Residential Auctions, then click on SC, then choose the Dupre House, Georgetown SC.  You may click on my email address there or call me if you would like to give me your contact info so i can forward to the prospective buyer.  All my contact info is on the website.

    thanks
    frank
