I am looking for chef position or chef/restaurant GM, or possibly chef/inkeeper position at a country inn.  I am currently well employed in a non-inn restaurant, but I am looking to make a move, and love the environment of an inn.

I can provide resume and sample menus upon request.  I have seventeen years experience as a chef as well as having been the wine director at numerous restaurants. Kudos include eight DiRoNAs, nine Spectator and two Wine Enthusiasts awards, as well as two AAA Four Diamond designations (the second at my current position obtained less than a year from opening).  I have experience as chef, as chef/wine director, and as chef/GM, and a year of Relais & Chateaux experience.  I have worked at three inns including the Relais & Chateaux property.

My wife is a pastry chef and has experience as an event coordinator and as a dining room director.
