As for advertising for the place I think
the best option is to advertise at some local travel event and also at the local
travel newspapers.

Re: Bed & Breakfast Townhome?

If you serve or provide breakfast, then you qualify as a B&B.
I am new to this board so please bear with me. I have a beautiful townhome on the water in Carmel, Indiana and for the last several years have rented out two of my rooms to executives and summer interns with the University (IU) during the summer months. I have been providing concierge service, laundry and a dining arrangement (if desired) and am interested in doing so over the entire year now.

Can anyone help me with a couple of things? Where could I advertise. As well, I'm so new to this kind of an arrangement and not sure that I would call it a Bed and Breakfast; although that is what they are receiving in terms of ammenities and such. Can anyone advise me? I'm new here so please be kind :) Thanks for all your help ~
