I don't have a personal recommendation as we do not travel with pets, however, you can find a list of member inns that do accept pets under the search option at http://www.bedandbreakfast.com/QuickList.aspx

The Pomegranate House & Cottages in Granbury has a slew of great reviews. There are 22 other matches in Texas.

Enjoy your vacation. I am sure it is well deserved.

Best, Rose

Need recommendation on dog-friendly waterfront lodging

We're looking to take a few days away from our B&B and actually have a brief vacation this summer! We are thinking of taking our two dogs along with us (25-30 lbs). We're hoping to find waterfront (beach, lake) lodging with private cabins or cottages so our dogs can swim and play. And of course hopefully something that is budget friendly (we'd be looking at a midweek stay). Does anyone know of something that would fit the bill in Central to Eastern Texas?

Thanks in advance for your advice!
