Turn it to a medium heat, and add all the ingredients, let them burn a bit on each side, you can slice the  onion in 3 pieces so it burns faster. Once all are slightly burned, put them on the blender for a few seconds, you don’t want a watery consistence, so blend in slow. Add cilantro, 1 teaspoon of pepper and 2 teaspoons of lime. Blend a few more secs and LISTO!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This sauce goes excellent over sunny side eggs, omelets, tamales, tacos, gorditas… if it’s a Mexican dish, it can be added to it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jose Guzman&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
