Don't know for sure, but it's pretty unlikely. You will probably qualify for tax credits if the property is eligible for placement on the National Register for Historic Places -- you might check into that. I'd also contact the Small Business Administration office for your area, as well as your state's B&B association and tourist office.

Fully agree with Rose's comments about the importance of having a contract to protect both supplier and customers.
