Hands on couple to manage B&B and Vacation Rentals in Helen, Georgia. B&B includes four rooms, three suites and five cabins. Vacation Rentals include three cabins and 25 one, two and three bedroom condos and townhomes. Two vacation rental properties have onsite managers with all reservations managed by B&B personnel. All properties have one to four flights of steps to various accommodations.
Ideal couple must have excellent people skills, computer skills, housekeeping skills, organizational skills and be detail oriented. Responsibilities will include all housekeeping, light maintenance, managing one or two staff at B&B, breakfast preparation and overseeing all reservations for B&B and vacation rental properties.
Maintenance includes grounds keeping, some landscaping, maintaining and upgrading fixtures in rooms, hot tub testing and cleaning. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and AC.
Housekeeping includes cleaning of all guest rooms, stayovers, laundry, maintaining supplies, overseeing additional cleaning staff and monitoring maintenance projects.
One person must love to cook and will be responsible for breakfast preparation, serving, and cleaning of kitchen, dining room and main lobby areas.
Salary includes one bedroom apartment (non-smoking), all utilities included, all meals eaten on premises. Days off midweek and vacation time is negotiable. Weekends are a must except for vacation.
