Resident Innkeepers/General Managers:  The B&B Team is seeking a couple to operate our client’s Florida luxury Intracoastal Waterway Bed & Breakfast Inn.  The right candidates will be in charge of the day to day business to include: guest services, breakfast, staff scheduling, housekeeping, and light maintenance.  Additionally, the position requires a coordinated effort for all marketing related issues between you and the owners.  Strong guest relation skills, basic food preparation/serving, computer competencies, the ability to provide a high level of personalized service, and a strong desire to provide true hospitality will be key ingredients for the successful candidates.  The compensation package will be guided by the candidate’s qualifications and experiences.  Comfortable water-view on-site housing will be provided as a part of the total compensation package.
