This seems like a great season to make use of some down time to trade accommodations with other B&B owners. Home and Condo owners do it all the time. There will be more Peaks and Valleys in our business in this next year, and I think it might be fun to trade "spaces". Unlike home owners, we can actually even meet each other and talk shop if we choose.
