    Bed & Breakfast Townhome?

    Hello,

I am new to this board so please bear with me.  I have a beautiful townhome on the water in Carmel, Indiana and for the last several years have rented out two of my rooms to executives and summer interns with the University (IU) during the summer months.  I have been providing concierge service, laundry and a dining arrangement (if desired) and am interested in doing so over the entire year now.

Can anyone help me with a couple of things?  Where could I advertise.  As well, I'm so new to this kind of an arrangement and not sure that I would call it a Bed and Breakfast; although that is what they are receiving in terms of ammenities and such.  Can anyone advise me?  I'm new here so please be kind :)  Thanks for all your help ~

If you serve or provide breakfast, then you qualify as a B&B. Click here, http://www.bedandbreakfast.com/Innkeepers/whyjoin.aspx, or call 800-G0-B-AND-B for details on our free 90--day trial membership.

If you do not serve breakfast, you might want to list with one of the vacation rental sites like www.homeaway.com.

    Good luck!

I would suggest you to provide breakfast so
you can qualify as a Bed & Breakfast. As for advertising for the place I think
the best option is to advertise at some local travel event and also at the local
    travel newspapers.
