Job Description:
Innkeeper must have at least five years experience in the hospitality field, preferably with a background in service. Must be a true self-motivator and have the ability and desire to learn all aspects of the Inn. Innkeeper is essentially responsible for meeting or exceeding budget and acting as General Manager of this property. Duties include, but are not limited to: revenue management, website maintenance, accounting (payables, receivables, audits, cash settlements), forecasting, marketing, sales, management and staffing, guest interaction/service, product ordering and receiving, and any/all business decisions.
Support is received from the corporate level in several areas.
